Deleting your Arenio account

1. In the app

• Open the Arenio app and sign in.
• Go to the Account tab and tap the card with your name (your profile).
• At the very bottom, tap “Delete athlete / parent / coach account”.
• Read what happens, type DELETE and confirm. The account is deleted immediately, on all your devices.

If you have several roles (for example parent and coach), each one is deleted separately; with the last role, your sign-in is deleted too.

A parent deletes a child’s account from the child’s profile: at the very bottom → “Delete …’s account”, then type DELETE. The child disappears from the family (for the other parent too) and from every club; from there they can also be taken out of a single club. A student with parents can delete their own account only with “Full control over the account”, given by a parent.

A club admin who is not the main admin leaves the club from the admin profile (“Leave the club as admin”). The main admin’s account is closed after they hand the club over to another admin, or by e-mail.

2. By e-mail

If you no longer have access to the app, write to us at contact@arenio.club from the address you sign in with (or tell us the account’s phone number), with the subject “Account deletion”. We will confirm your identity if needed and delete the account within 30 days at most.

3. What is deleted

• your e-mail, phone and password;
• your profile photo;
• e-mail / phone confirmations, sign-in sessions on all devices, activation codes and links;
• the contact details the club had for you.

4. What remains, and for how long

The clubs you were in keep, for their records and obligations (for example accounting), a profile without an account: your name, date of birth, a colour and your history there (groups, attendance, payments, achievements, sessions led). No e-mail, phone, photo or sign-in. The club keeps it for as long as it needs (accounting documents usually 5–10 years, by law) and can delete it at any time.

Database backups are overwritten periodically: deleted data also disappears from them within 30 days at most. The server’s technical logs are deleted within 30 days at most.

If you also want the club profile deleted, ask the club, or write to us and we will pass the request on.
